“United with the angels and saints
of the heavenly Church, let us adore
the most Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist.”
-St. Pope John Paul II
Adoration at St. John
We are blessed at St. John to have Eucharistic Adoration available on a regular basis. Please feel free to take advantage of any of our open Adoration times (see below). This ministry is made possible by volunteers who can commit an hour of their time to Adoration on a regular basis. If you can do this, contact Ellen Sickinger at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the schedule!
Adoration is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the Padre Pio Chapel, located inside the north entrance of the church. Come adore as you can, or sign up for a weekly hour (contact Brandon Volz, email@example.com).
This hour-long Adoration service is held on the first Wednesday of the month (unless otherwise noted) in the church. Come worship in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, with time for prayer, song, and silence. Reconciliation is also available. Everybody is invited!
“Let us ask ourselves: how do I follow Jesus? Jesus speaks in silence in the Mystery of the Eucharist and every time reminds us that to follow Him means to come out of ourselves and make of our own lives, not a possession, but a gift to Him and to others.” –St. Pope John Paul II
How do I Adore?

Pray the rosary, recite prayers, read a book about the Faith, sit in silence, enter into a conversation with God. Here is a list of suggestions on how to get the most out of an Adoration hour:
