The World Jesus Knew: A Class with Fr. Barnabas

In order to grow in one’s understanding of Scripture one needs to know a bit about the historical context in which the scriptures were written. The class will cover such topics as the cultural ways Jesus followed, the festivals Jesus celebrated, the education Jesus received, the agricultural ways he observed, and the land he crossed. Class began January 24th and continues to meet on most (but not all) Tuesdays in the winter/spring. It’s not too late to join in!
